Temple Gym training is different to the training you might receive in other gyms, that is because we use HIT (High Intensity Training) to produce better results, especially in those wanting to become weightlifters or gain the physique of a weightlifter. Our Temple Gym training is based on the effective training programs designed and used by Mr. Olympia, Dorian Yates, termed ‘blood and guts’ training. Temple Gym Training at Home

At Temple Gym we understand that you may not want to try blood and guts training for the first time in the gym, especially if you haven’t trained for a while or are new to the Blood and Guts training regime. For this reason, we wanted to give you the option to try HIT (high intensity training) in the comfort of your own home. We also understand that even if you do come into the gym regularly, you may still want to work-out at home too. This is why we created this page, to showcase the famous Blood and Guts DVDs and help you to work-out at home, as well as in the gym.
